Heat Pump Installer
Our heating & HVAC business is going gang busters! We need a professional, reliable & adaptable person who can think outside the square to join our team
Qualified Electrician
We need another awesome electrician to join our team. If you are a NZ qualified Electrician who is professional, reliable, adaptable and innovative, then we need you
Security Integrator
Do you have a passion for electronic security? We install & service alarm systems and CCTV systems for our clients and we need skilled integrators
Heat Pump Installer
Our heating & HVAC business is going gang busters! We need a professional, reliable & adaptable person who can think outside the square to join our team
Wellington, Full Time – join the team at Powerex in Wellington
We offer a wide variety of work all over the Wellington region
- Residential heat pumps
- Ducted systems
- Multi systems
- Single splits
- Ventilation systems
- Fresh air systems
Our ideal applicant will:
- Be a NZ Qualified Electrician with a current practice licence – but this is not a requirement for this role
- Hold a full, clean drivers licence
- Have a sound knowledge of how to conduct their work safely
- Be a team player
- Have the ability to plan a job and meet deadlines
- Have experience installing heat pumps and HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial environment

- Residential installations & maintenance
- Commercial installations & refurbishments
- Preventative maintenance & repairs
- Lighting & emergency lighting checks
- Small installation jobs
Our successful applicant will:
- Be a NZ Qualified Electrician with a current practice licence

Skilled Security Integrator
Do you have a passion for electronic security? We install & service alarm systems and CCTV systems for our clients and we need skilled integrators
This role is varied and you will work all over the Wellington region
- Residential alarms – both wired & wireless
- Commercial alarms & access control
- Preventative maintenance
- Residential camera systems
- Commercial camera systems
- Structured data networks (small to medium scale)
Our successful applicant will:
- Hold a security licence, or be able to obtain one
- Hold a full, clean drivers licence
- Have a sound knowledge of how to conduct their work safely
- Be a team player
- Have the ability to plan a job and meet deadlines
- Have experience installing various brands of alarm & CCTV equipment in a residential & light commercial environments
- Preference will be given to someone who also has experience installing structured data networks
