Fast chargers and public (often free) chargers all require a charging lead that is “Type 2”. Depending on the age and model of your car will determine which of the below leads you will need

EV Charging cord Type 2 to Type 1 cable so you can charge your type 1 electric vehicle such as generation 1 Nissan Leaf at a charging station with a type 2 Socket.
The majority of New Zealand public points use Type 2 (also called Mennenkes) connection.
So this adapter will convert the Type 2 (Mennenkes) free charging station to the Nissan Leaf Type 1 (J1772) style so you can make use of free charging.
The car charging cable is flexible even in low temperatures. The 32A rating allows you to charge at around 30km of charge per hour.
