We’re known for doing things properly — clean installs, strong communication, and systems that actually work. As we continue to grow, our Project Managers are at capacity, and we need the right person to step in and take control of the moving parts behind the scenes.

About the Role

This is not a passive admin role.

We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, keeps things moving, and makes problems disappear before they land on someone else’s desk.

You’ll work directly with our project managers, electricians, and clients to coordinate jobs, manage schedules, and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Follows things through until they’re done properly
• Keeps people accountable (without creating friction)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Keeping Projects Running Smoothly

• Manage job schedules across multiple crews
• Prepare job packs (plans, scope, notes, materials) so electricians hit the ground running
• Track progress and make sure nothing falls behind

Taking Pressure Off Project Managers

• Handle day-to-day coordination so PMs can focus on delivery
• Chase up outstanding items (materials, info, approvals)
• Keep everything organised, updated, and moving forward

Client & Supplier Communication

• Be a reliable point of contact for builders, clients, and suppliers
• Provide clear updates on timing, progress, and changes
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries

Documentation & Compliance

• Manage safety docs, and manuals
• Ensure all job records are complete and accurate
• Keep systems clean and organised

Supporting Commercial Performance

• Assist with quoting, variations, and invoicing
• Track job progress vs scope and flag issues early
• Help keep jobs running efficiently and profitably

• Proactive – you don’t wait to be told, you just get on with it
• Detail-focused – you pick up on things others miss
• Confident communicator – you’re comfortable talking to tradies, clients, and suppliers
• Calm under pressure – when things get busy, you get sharper (not overwhelmed)

Experience That Helps (but isn’t essential)

• Background in electrical, construction, or other trades
• Experience with our job management system SimPRO
• Understanding of scheduling, workflows, and project coordination
